Project for a new neighborhood

Cabo Quartiers is a mixed-use proposal for a vacant lot located within the Zona Hotelera area of San José del Cabo. Without beach access, the project looks to create an internal neighborhood organized around a large central courtyard. Subterranean parking serves a boutique hotel, ground-level commercial spaces, residential condos, and rooftop pool with adjoining restaurant and bar.
