Breathing new life into a 1950’s apartment complex.

For the Loma 21 townhomes renovation, 3 buildings were stripped to their studs and rebuilt to as-new condition. The surrounding site was taken to bare earth for installation of new paving, retaining walls, planting, and outdoor use areas. A new community garden area and expanded pool, barbeque and outdoor lounge area with site access control complete the renovation.
