Playful office designed for efficiency

Tenant improvement project with a goal of efficiently utilizing the space to accommodate an administrative tenant with 10 unique departments. The approach was to wrap the open office workstations around the perimeter to provide the majority of the staff with access to daylight and views. Color and pattern were used to visually organize the departments and to highlight gathering and conference spaces. The original art selected for the project is playful and incorporates the vivid color palette of the interior design.
