Embark on a transformative experience with the remodel of the UC San Diego Eleanor Roosevelt College's restaurant called Ventanas. Through an emphasis on natural materials and biophilic design, we modernized the space while celebrating diverse cultures through texture, color, and cuisine. The space was transformed into a tranquil area for future change-makers, while blending the indoor and outdoor dining experience. The existing traditional cafeteria was reconfigured to create 5 distinct food service platforms and a vibrant coffee bar was introduced into the main dining room.
