This 5,000 square foot facility makes a significant impact on its community by providing storage & direct coastal access for non-motorized watercraft onto Glorietta Bay. The expressive structure uses wood to recall and celebrate the art and the beauty of boat-making, while remaining contextual to existing adjacent City facilities.
