Nestled in the civic core of the Pacific Highlands Ranch Community this 18,000 square foot library celebrates learning, community and the area’s agrarian past. Reading courtyards blur the edges between interior and exterior spaces and connect the library to the community’s 13-acre park, recreation center, housing and retail marketplace via a continuous pedestrian promenade. Inside, it offers daylit reading and studying areas, maker space and a large community room. Designed to spark creativity and connection for all ages, this library is the heart of the Pacific Highlands Ranch community.
